EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. An employee’s pay level within the range for the employee’s job family level will be determined based on the employee’s demonstrated performance. The parties recognize the salary ranges and the salary paid to individual employees are minimums. In the event of job reclassification, employees will be moved into the appropriate job family and will be paid in accordance with the corresponding salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary below that of the new salary range, they shall be brought up to the minimum of the new salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary above that of the new salary range, their salary shall be red circled until such time as their wage/salary is within the salary range, however, they will be provided with a lump sum payment in lieu of their annual wage/salary increase. The Company reserves the right to implement employee retention programs, share purchase programs, incentive plans and market supplement programs in its sole and absolute discretion.

EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. (a) This Agreement shall become effective upon the Date of Issue. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement and the terms and provisions herein, shall remain in full force and effect in their entirety from the date of Issue throughout the Term. Upon the expiration of the Term, this Agreement shall terminate, and the provisions and terms of this Agreement shall become unenforceable and of no effect, except as specifically provided otherwise by Section 5.1(b).
(b) Any other provision of this Agreement notwithstanding, the provisions of Sections 2.1, 2.2, 5.2(b)(i), 5.8, 7.6, 9.6 and Article X of this Agreement shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement, and such provisions shall remain effective and enforceable with respect to any party according to their terms subsequent to any such termination or expiration of the remainder of this Agreement.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. This lease shall be effective as of the date and time the agreement is executed by both parties and shall continue in effect until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. It is contemplated that the term of this agreement will be for not less than forty-five (45) days from the date of execution and will automatically continue in effect until such time as terminated mutually, or by either party, as provided in this agreement. Should Contractor or Carrier breach any of the terms of this agreement, the other party will give written notice of that breach and, if not corrected within seven (7) days of the date such notice is provided, can terminate the agreement upon twenty-four (24) hours written notice to the other party. If either party desires to terminate the agreement without cause, ten (10) days’ written notice must be provided to the other party.

(a) Effective January 1, 2013, and upon implementation of the above Classifications, employees covered by this Agreement, who were placed and/or slotted in the pay ranges according to performance, as determined by the Company, and who received less than a two (2%) pay increase, or were red circled, will be eligible to receive a lump sum payment equal to two percent (2%) of their base pay in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company policy.
(b) Effective January 1, 2014, and retroactive to that date, the Company shall increase the above rates of pay by one and one-half percent (1 ½%).

EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. A. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by WisDOT, the MPO, and the Transit Operator and shall remain in force until terminated under provisions of Article XIV, or until superseded by a new agreement.
B. This Agreement may be amended from time-to-time as facts or circumstances warrant or as may be required by OMB and/or state laws, administrative regulations, departmental orders, or guidelines having the full force and effect of law.
C. This Agreement supersedes any previous cooperative agreement for metropolitan transportation planning.
