Common use of Effective Date and Purpose Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Purpose. The effective date of this Agreement shall be January 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Employee’s employment with Employer on and after the Effective Date during the term hereof.
