Common use of Effective Date and Term of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Term of this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon the date of its execution and shall terminate upon the later of: (i) the official declaration of the failure of the election described in this Agreement; (ii) the expenditure by the County and all of the Municipalities of the last dollar of money collected from the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax, net of proceeds allocated to pay the cost of the Level Two Projects, after the expiration of the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax; or (iii) the completion of all projects described in Exhibit B.
