DISBURSEMENT OF AUGMENTATION GRANT AWARD. The Augmentation Grant Award shall be used to fund the costs of the Project, including, but not limited to the removal of the seven portable classrooms included in the Phase I and II scope of work. The removal of these buildings will be funded by the Augmentation Grant without restriction to the availability of other project funds, in order to ensure timely removal of the portable buildings. The scope of work associated with the removal of portable buildings in Phase I and II can be contractually procured by either LAUSD or Developer. In the event that the LAUSD manages the removal of said portable buildings, the augmentation grant funds can be utilized for the associated costs upon written consent from Developer. In the event the Developer manages the removal of the portable buildings, Developer shall submit a copy of all contracts required for the abatement and removal of the buildings. With the exception of the costs associated with the removal of the seven portable classrooms, the Augmentation Grant Award shall be used by Developer to fund the Cost of the Project after the expenditure of all but $1,000,000 of the CSFP Award and any and all other funds Developer is using to complete the Project other than the Augmentation Grant Award. Any amounts of the Augmentation Grant Award not drawn by Developer under this Agreement may be reallocated by LAUSD under its facilities bond program. LAUSD shall disburse funds up to the Augmentation Grant Award in as many as, but not more than, five (5) Disbursements (defined below) to be used by Developer to fund the Costs of the Project pursuant to the following procedure:

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award ‌ If an employee is prevented from performing the employee's regular work with the City on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers' Compensation Act, the City will supplement the award made by the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages to the employee by such an amount that the award of the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages (excluding non- economic loss payment), together with the supplementation by the City, will equal 100% of the employee's regular net wage (gross pay less statutory deductions, union dues and required benefit plan contributions). The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. Subject to the foregoing limitation, the procedure to be followed in operating this policy shall be as follows:

  • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost. Among other sources, evaluation of past performance may be based on past performance assessments provided by TO Program Managers on individual task orders performed throughout the life of the contract. The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.

  • Pre-Award Costs Pre-award costs are those incurred prior to the effective date of the award directly pursuant to the negotiation and in anticipation of the award where such costs are necessary to comply with the proposed delivery schedule or period of performance. Such costs are allowable only to the extent that they would have been allowable if incurred after the date of the award and only with the prior written approval of the Department.

  • Conditions for Award of Contract 7. The Borrower shall not award any Works contract which involves environmental impacts until:

The framework public body should issue their complete brief in accordance with schedule 5 (Standard Terms of Supply) ensuring that the contractor is made aware that the requirement is a call-off under the framework and forward to the first ranked contractor for consideration.   • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Salary Schedule Advancement The base salaries in each cluster within a step may be increased through COLA, turnover savings, increments, and additional educational attainment. Once placed in a cluster within a step, faculty do not move from cluster to cluster except as described in B.3.B below.

  • HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.
