Common use of Effective Date and Time of Exercise of Options Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Time of Exercise of Options. Except as provided for in Condition 10, the exercise of the Options shall become effective when the holder of the Options has duly completed the process set forth in Items (1) and (2) of Condition 13 and the Corporation or its designee has accepted the exercise.
