Effective Date, Duration and Termination. A. This Reinsurance Agreement shall become effective on the date set forth in Article II. B. This Reinsurance Agreement shall continue in effect from the Effective Date until it is terminated. C. This Reinsurance Agreement shall automatically terminate for non-payment of premium by the Plan as set forth in Article III. D. This Reinsurance Agreement shall automatically terminate on the date of Preferred Life's insolvency or cessation of operations or on the date of the Plan's insolvency or cessation of operations. E. This Reinsurance Agreement can be terminated in accordance with paragraph A. of Article X.
