Survival of Certain Obligations. The obligations of Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 12 and 13 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Sections 8.03(a), 8.03(b), 8.05 and 9.03, and the obligations of the Borrower thereunder, shall survive, and shall continue to be enforceable notwithstanding, the termination of this Agreement and the Commitments and the payment in full of the principal of and interest on all Loans.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the parties, the following obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement: (a) the obligations of each party under Articles III and IV, and (b) the Provider's right to receive the compensation for the Transition Services provided by it hereunder provided in Section 2.1 above incurred prior to the effective date of termination.
