EFFECTIVE DATE FOR INCREMENTAL ADJUSTMENTS. Increments and salary adjustments for permanent full-time employees shall be effected at the beginning of the pay period following the employee's anniversary or position date, as the case may be, or for all other employees, following completion of the required paid hours in accordance with the table in Article 12.3, except when the anniversary or position date falls on the first day of the pay period, in which case the increments or salary adjustment shall be effective on the anniversary or position date as the case may be.
