Effective Date of Lease. The Lease shall be deemed to have commenced on the Effective Date as set forth within the terms of the Lease.

Effective Date of Lease. This Lease shall become effective as a binding agreement only upon the execution and delivery thereof by both Landlord and Tenant. If this Lease is signed by one party and submitted to the other party, it shall constitute an offer to lease which is subject to revocation at any time prior to execution by the other party and delivery of a fully executed copy to the submitting party.
