Effective Date of LLC’s Dissolution. The dissolution of the LLC by vote of the Members shall be effective on the date specified in that vote or, if the vote does not specify a date, then on the date of completion of the vote. The dissolution of the LLC by order of a court or other governmental authority of competent jurisdiction shall be effective on the date specified by the authority in question.
