Effective Date of Opt. In Enrollment. If an Opt-In Enrollment, which includes a transfer of Enrollment from one FIDA Plan to a different FIDA Plan, is received by the Enrollment Broker and accepted by the NYSDOH’s database prior to noon on the twentieth (20th) of the month or noon on the last business day before the twentieth (20th) of the month in the event that the twentieth falls on a weekend or holiday, coverage shall begin on the first day of the following calendar month.
