Effective Date of Permitted Transfers. Any permitted transfer of all or any portion of a Membership Interest shall be effective as of the first business day following the date upon which the requirements of Sections 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 and 9.5 have been met. The General Manager shall promptly provide the Members with written notice of such transfer. Any transferee of a Membership Interest shall take subject to the restrictions on transfer imposed by this Agreement.
