Common use of Effective Date of Project Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Project. For purposes of Section 18-2147, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as amended, the effective date of the Project shall be determined as set forth in the Redevelopment Contract. The Planning Director is xxxxxx directed to notify the Assessor of the effective date of the Project on the form prescribed by the Property Tax Administrator.
