Effective Date of Transfer. An in-unit applicant who is awarded a 32 position on the same unit will be moved, in the manager’s discretion, to the position no 33 later than six (6) months after the award. When a nurse has applied for and has been 1 hired for a position on another unit, the effective date of transfer will be negotiated 2 between the managers and the nurse.
