(b) Promptly following the execution of this Assignment and Acceptance, Assignor shall deliver to Administrative Borrower and Agent for acknowledgment by Agent, a Notice of Assignment in the form attached hereto as Schedule 1.
Effective Date of Amendment This Amendment shall be deemed effective as of the date first written above, as if executed on such date.
Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
EFFECTIVE DATE; TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until the Recipient has submitted its final report to the County, except that the Recipient’s pubic records and audit cooperation requirements shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
