EFFECTIVE DATES OF AMENDMENTS. The amendments made by Amendment No. 1 to the Amended & Restated LLC Agreement which is restated in Section 9.2(h) hereof remain effective as of July 1, 2000. All other amendments made by this Agreement are effective as of the date first set forth above.
