Effective Use of Resources. In certain situations it may be necessary for staff employees not covered by this Agreement to temporarily perform work in occupations covered by this Agreement. These situations are defined as: 1) In the performance of job training. 2) For the induction of new employees into the workforce. 3) In emergency situations regarding the safety of people, environment or equipment. 4) Where there is a request for assistance from an employee covered by this Agreement. 5) Commissioning of equipment in conjunction with relevant employees.
