Effectiveness of Award Agreement. (a) This award shall be binding upon the successors and permitted assigns of the Grantee and shall be binding upon successors and assigns of the Company. (b) Every provision of this Award Agreement is intended to be severable, and if any term or provision hereof is held to be illegal or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such illegality or invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof.
