Effectiveness of Obligations. Only Article 3 (Facility Owned and/or Operated by Seller), Article 12 (Term of Agreement and Company's Option to Purchase at End of Term), Article 14 (Credit Assurance and Security) as it relates to Development Period Security, Article 17 (Indemnification), Article 19 (Transfers, Assignments, and Facility Debt), Article 22 (Warranties and Representations), Article 24 (Financial Compliance), Article 28 (Dispute Resolution), Article 29 (Miscellaneous), Section 3 (Seller Payment To Company for Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities and Review Of Facility) of Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities) and the Defined Terms of this Agreement shall become effective on the Execution Date. Except where obligations of the Parties are explicitly stated as being effective before the Effective Date, all other portions of this Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date.
