Common use of Effectiveness of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of the Agreement. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date but is subject at all times to the Companies’ prior receipt, if required, of Regulatory Approval from each of the Regulatory Authorities to the terms and conditions of and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
