EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS CONTRACT. This Contract and its annexes shall become effective as from the date of execution and signing hereof by the Buyer and the Builder. The Builder hereby warrants that no government approvals, licenses or the like need to be obtained for the construction of the Vessel and its sale and delivery to the Buyer.
