Effectiveness, Scope and Term of Pledge. 3.1 The Pledgor shall, promptly after the execution of this Agreement, but in no event later than 20 days from the date of this Agreement, register this Agreement and the Pledge hereunder with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the PRC or its competent local counterpart (the “AIC”). The Pledgor shall deliver to the Pledgee a copy of the registration or filing certificate from the AIC within 7 days from the date of submission of the application for registration of this Agreement and Pledge with the AIC.
