EFFECTIVITY AND TERMINATION. This Memorandum of Understanding shall take effect upon signing hereof and shall continue to be in full effect for one (1) year until 2023, unless sooner terminated by either party in writing. Such termination by a party must be served to the other at least 60 days before the effectivity date above.
