EFFECTS OF LAW. 24:01 In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be in conflict with any Federal or Provincial Law, now existing, or hereinafter enacted, it is agreed that such Law to the extent that it conflicts with the terms of the Collective Agreement nullify and replace the conflicting provisions of the Collective Agreement without in any way affecting the remainder of the Agreement.
