EFFECTS OF THE AGREEMENT. 26.1 Notwithstanding the termination of this agreement, all provisions contained herein shall continue to have full force and effect against the Cardholder and any Supplementary/ Additional Cardholder(s) with respect to any Card transactions entered into and liabilities of the Cardholder and any Supplementary/ Additional Cardholder(s) incurred hereunder. 26.2 Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be severable and distinct from one another and if at any time any one or more of such Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in anyway be affected or impaired thereby.
