EFFECTS OF THE AGREEMENT. A. All items shall be in effect from July 1, 2022, and remain in effect until June 30, 2025. B. Negotiations shall be pursued as per the Negotiation and Recognition Procedure herein. C. If any provision of this document or any application of the document shall be found contrary to law in a manner not permitted by ORC 4117 (xxxx://xxxxx.xxxx.xxx/orc/4117), then this provision or application shall be deemed invalid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions hereof shall continue in full force. The parties shall meet within 10 days of a request by either party to determine the extent, if any, to which changes must be made. The Board cannot reduce, negotiate, or delegate its legal responsibilities. D. These agreements shall be the basis from which future negotiations shall proceed, and if any item is not changed through future negotiations, it shall be carried forward, in writing, to each future Agreement. E. If during the term of this Agreement the Board is required by law to negotiate mid-term on terms and conditions of employment, then the parties will meet to negotiate within 30 days. The parties have authorized their representatives to sign below.
