Effects on Limitations. The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing in Section 8.11 shall be deemed to affect any party’s right to specific performance pursuant to and in accordance with Section 8.11(a). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the rights and remedies set forth in Sections 8.11(a) and 8.11(b) above shall be exercisable, in accordance with the terms thereof, without regard to the maximum limitations on liability set forth in Section 8.11(c).
