Effects On Terms. If the suspension impedes the performance of any of the Exploration Operations contained in any of the phases of the Minimum Exploration Program, or of the Subsequent Exploration Program, and that impediment is prolonged for more than two consecutive months, ANH wi▇▇ restore the terms required by the Contract for a period equal to that of the impediment, without prejudice to the fact that THE CONTRACTOR must extend the existing guarantee or obtain a new one, in the terms of Clause 22.
