Efforts to Relet. For purposes of this Article 8, Lessee’s right to possession shall not be considered to have been terminated by Lessor’s efforts to relet the Premises, by Lessor’s acts of maintenance or preservation with respect to the Premises, or by appointment of a receiver to protect Lessor’s interests under this Lease. This list is merely illustrative of acts that may be performed by Lessor without terminating Lessee’s right to possession.
