Efforts to Resolve Claims and Liabilities. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Trustee shall make appropriate efforts to resolve any contingent or unliquidated claims and outstanding contingent Liabilities for which the Trust may be responsible, dispose of the Trust Assets, make timely distributions and not unduly prolong the duration of the Trust.
