Administration of Trust Assets. Subject to the limitations herein expressly set forth, the Trustee shall have the following powers and authority in connection with the administration of the assets of the Trust:

In accordance with directions received (either directly or indirectly) under the terms of this Agreement, to hold, invest and reinvest (except as otherwise provided herein) all contributions so received, together with the income therefrom and any other increment thereon, for the exclusive benefit of Participants, Alternate Payees and their Beneficiaries in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Trustee has delegated this duty to the Sub-Custodian.
