Efforts to Satisfy Conditions. Sellers and the Acquired Companies shall use their commercially reasonable best efforts between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date to cooperate with TOG for purposes of satisfying the conditions set forth in Articles VII and VIII that are within the control of Sellers or any Acquired Company.
