EFLLC Receivables in Force. No EFLLC Receivable has been satisfied, subordinated or rescinded, and the Financed Vehicle securing each such EFLLC Receivable has not been released from the lien of the related EFLLC Receivable in whole or in part. No terms of any EFLLC Receivable have been waived, altered or modified in any respect since its origination, except by instruments or documents identified in the Receivable File or the Servicer’s electronic records.
