EFT Options. As set forth in Section 15.5 below, Supplier understands that, prior to enrolling a customer who is a participant in the Company's EFT Program, Supplier must make an election in writing, which election has consequences to Supplier with respect to its rights and obligations with respect to PJM, the Company, and such retail customers that are participants in the Company's EFT Program.
