Eighty Percent Notification. Consultant shall promptly notify Authority in writing of any potential cost overruns. Cost overruns include, but are not limited to the following: (1) where anticipated costs to be incurred in the next sixty calendar days, when added to all costs previously incurred, will exceed 80 percent of the maximum compensation for this Agreement; or (2) where the total cost for performance of the Scope of Services appears that it may be greater than the maximum compensation for this Agreement.
