Common use of Either Party May Terminate Clause in Contracts

Either Party May Terminate. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving at least one-hundred twenty (120) days prior notice in writing to the other party at the addresses hereinabove set forth. Such termination shall not take effect with regard to the Students already enrolled in the Education Program at the time of such notice until such time as those Students have completed their respective Fieldwork Experiences.
