Election and Number of Trustees. The Trustees shall be the persons serving as Trustees on the date hereof and all other persons who at the time in question have been duly elected or appointed and have qualified as Trustees in accordance with the provisions hereof and are then in office. The number of Trustees shall be fixed from time to time by a majority of the Trustees then in office; provided, that there shall be at least one (1) Trustee and no more than fifteen (15).
