Election and Number of Trustees. The initial Trustee(s) shall be the persons initially signing this Declaration. The number of Trustees (other than the initial Trustees) shall be fixed from time to time by a majority of the Trustees then in office; provided, that there shall be at least one (1) Trustee and no more than fifteen (15).
