Common use of Election not to Receive Information Clause in Contracts

Election not to Receive Information. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any of the Loan Documents, each Lender may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, elect not to be provided with certain statements, reports or other information that such Lender would otherwise be entitled to receive under the Loan Documents. Any such written election shall contain a specific description of the statements, reports or other information such Lender elects not to receive, and any such written election is revocable at any time by such Lender (or its assignee hereunder).
