Election of Designate. Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation may elect to have a Designate receive Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation.
Election of Designate. Nak’azdli Whut’en may elect to have a Designate receiveRevenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Nak’azdli Whut’en and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Nak’azdli Whut’en.
Election of Designate. Xxxxxxx Xxx’xxxx Nation may elect to have a Designate receive Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Xxxxxxx Xxx’xxxx Nation and such appointment is confirmed by a Band CouncilResolution of Xxxxxxx Xxx’xxxx Nation.
Election of Designate. Tlatlasikwala may elect to have a Designate receive Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Tlatlasikwala and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Tlatlasikwala.
Election of Designate. Matsqui First Nation may elect to have a Designate receive Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Matsqui First Nation and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Matsqui First Nation.
Election of Designate. Simpcw First Nation may elect to have a Designate receiveRevenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Simpcw First Nation and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Simpcw First Nation.
Election of Designate. TNG may elect to have a Designate receive thet t\Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of TNG and such appointment is confirmed by a resolution of the TNG.
Election of Designate. Nee Tahi Buhn Band may elect to have a Designate receiveRevenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Xxx Xxxx Xxxx Band and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Xxx Xxxx Xxxx Band.
Election of Designate. Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw may elect to have a Designate receive Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw and such appointment is confirmed by a BCR of Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw.
Election of Designate. Gitxaala First Nation may elect to have a Designate receive Revenue Sharing Contributions provided that the Designate:
(a) is a registered corporation or society with the legal authority and capacity to receive the funds for the purposes described in section 2.1; and
(b) is duly appointed to receive the Revenue Sharing Contribution on behalf of Gitxaala First Nation and such appointment is confirmed by a Band Council Resolution of Gitxaala First Nation.
