Xxxxxx agreed to. Nak’azdli Whut’en agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Wet’suwet’en First Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Xxxxxxx Band agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Subject to British Columbia properly calculating the Revenue Sharing Contribution in accordance with the calculations set out in Appendix C, Kwadacha Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contributionpayable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Neskonlith Indian Band agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contributionpayable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Simpcw First Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contributionpayable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Cheslatta Carrier Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Toquaht Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Gitxaala First Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
Xxxxxx agreed to. Skin Tyee Nation agrees that the amount set out in the notice provided under section 3.5 will be the amount of the Revenue Sharing Contribution payable under this Agreement for that following BC Fiscal Year.
