Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council approving and authorizing the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB’s representatives named in the resolution to execute on behalf of the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Lease Agreement for the Bridge Creek Ranch, and this Agreement.
Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Nanoose Indian Band will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council authorizing the Nanoose Indian Band’s representatives named in the resolution to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Nanoose Indian Band.
Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Songhees Indian Band will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council authorizing the Songhees Indian Band’s representatives named in the resolution to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Songhees Indian Band.

Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the SXFN will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council approving and authorizing the SXFN’s representatives named in the resolution to execute on behalf of the SXFN the Share Purchase Agreement, the Lease Agreement, and this Agreement.

Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the T’Sou-ke Indian Band will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council authorizing the T’Sou-ke Indian Band’s representatives named in the resolution to execute this Agreement on behalf of the T’Sou-ke Indian Band.

Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx will deliver to British Columbia a true or certified copy of the band council resolution approving this Agreement, authorizing its representative to sign this Agreement and, where Xxxxxxxx is represented by a body other than Kitselas, authorizing that body to act on behalf of Kitselas for the purposes of this Agreement.

Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Beecher Bay Indian Band will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council authorizing the Beecher Bay Indian Band’s representatives named in the resolution to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Beecher Bay Indian Band.
Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, We Xxx Xxx will deliver to the Province a resolution made by its elected Council authorizing We Xxx Xxx's representatives named in the resolution to execute this Agreement on behalf of We Xxx Xxx.
Band Council Resolution. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, Xxx Xxx Kum will deliver to the Province a Band Council Resolution made by its elected Council authorizing Xxx Xxx Kum’s representatives named in the resolution to execute this Agreement on behalf of Xxx Xxx Kum.
