Common use of Election of Officers Clause in Contracts

Election of Officers. Subject to the applicable provisions of the Gaming Laws, the Member in its sole discretion may, from time to time, appoint any individuals as officers of the Company with such duties, authorities, responsibilities and titles as the Member may deem appropriate. Such officers shall serve until their successors are duly appointed by the Member or until their earlier removal or resignation.
