Election of Remedies for Teachers. If a grievant(s) is electing the grievance procedure, this procedure must be used first. If a teacher(s) seeks redress of a grievance through means other than stated Agreement procedures, such action shall immediately waive the right to pursue the matter further under grievance procedures outlined in this article.
