The Partnership shall also not be dissolved pursuant to a Dissolution Event specified in Sections 10.1(a)(i) or (iii) (except as otherwise provided in the Act), if, within 20 business days of such Dissolution Event, all the remaining Partners unanimously agree in writing to continue the business of the Partnership.
