Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by any Subsidiary Guarantor to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of any Obligor under any Financing Agreement, whether pursuant to this Section 23 or otherwise, shall not release such Obligor from such obligations (except to the extent such obligation is indefeasibly paid or performed) or any of such Obligor’s other obligations under this Agreement.
