Common use of Elections and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Elections and Revocation. SWO may be elected by the Owner on the Participant's behalf by submitting a completed and signed election form to Aetna's Home Office. Once elected, this option may be revoked by the Owner by submitting a written request to Aetna at its Home Office. Any revocation will apply only to amounts not yet paid. SWO may be elected only once.
