Elective Termination by SBC-13STATE. Attaching Party shall, within 60 days after the effective date of the elective termination by SBC-13STATE, either initiate negotiations for continued access to SBC-13STATE’s poles, ducts, conduits, and rights-of-way or remove its facilities in accordance with the provisions of Section 28 of this Agreement.
