Supersedure. This Agreement shall cancel and supersede all prior agreements relating to employment between the Executive and the Corporation, except the Change in Control Agreement.

This computer matching agreement supersedes all existing data exchange agreements or memoranda of understanding between the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), applicable to determining the eligibility for payment of benefits under the Xxxxxxxxxx GI Xxxx — Active Duty (Chapter 30), the Xxxxxxxxxx GI Xxxx — Selected Reserve (Chapter 1606), Reserve Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 1607) and the Post-9/11 GI Xxxx (Chapter 33) and continued compliance with the requirements of all programs.
Supersedure. In the event that any term or provision of any agreement between the Parties conflicts with a term or provision of this BA Agreement, this BA Agreement shall control.
Supersedure. This agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of management that shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. The provisions of this agreement shall be incorporated into and be considered part of the established policies of management. For Corrections, this agreement and all provisions contained within are subject to compliance with the terms and condition of the College, SBCTC, and Department of Corrections (DOC) educational services contract and the requirements of the correctional institution as defined by the DOC or the service contract. Any provision of this negotiated agreement found to be in conflict with DOC contract provisions or institutional requirements shall be superseded by such DOC provisions or requirements.

This computer matching agreement supersedes all existing data exchange agreements or memoranda of understanding between the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Defense applicable to the exchange of personal data for purposes of identifying individuals who are receiving Federal compensation or pension payments and also are receiving payments pursuant to Federal benefit programs being administered by States.
Supersedure. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, interim agreements, letters of agreement, memorandums of understanding, and any other written documentation of agreements between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Supersedure. This lease upon becoming effective shall supersede and annul any and all permits, leases or rental agreements heretofore made or issued for the leased premises between Lessor and Lessee, and any such permits, leases or rental agreements shall hereafter be void and of no effect except as to any rentals, royalties, or fees which may have accrued thereunder.
