Electric and Gas. A. The Project is located in the service area of South Carolina Electric and Gas Company, a subsidiary of the SCANA Corporation. B. The City shall upon receipt of the substation plans for the site identified on the Regulating Plan attached hereto as Exhibit E expedite the review and approval of such substation within the Project.
